Having your educator and doula all in one is the ideal package. Denver Doula provides private, semi-private, and group childbirth classes in tandem with birth doula services. 

CLASSES

Our classes are designed for all types of births offering up-to-date, scientifically founded, unbiased information. We cover all aspects of a normal, healthy pregnancy and birth. We cover how to avoid being high-risk as well as many variations and complications that may arise. We have several different options for classes: Private and semi-private classes in your home, around your schedule or group classes of up to eight couples. The class structure also allows for very individual attention and focus on the aspects of pregnancy and birth that YOU need the most. 

BIRTH DOULA SERVICES

Birth Doulas offer continuous physical, emotional and educational support for mom and dad throughout the labor and birth process in addition to prenatal and postpartum care. Women who have continual support from another women have fewer requests for medications, half the number of cesarean operations, higher breastfeeding rates and an overall higher satisfaction for the entire experience. As doulas we can help you to identify what is most important to you and to your family. We do not take the place of the father but enhance his ability to be even more present than without the extra hands and steady support. 

Doula services include two prenatal visits in your home and your entire labor and birth from whenever you feel that you need me. You also have access to unlimited phone and email support during your pregnancy and early labor and up to two postpartum visits in your home.
